Our Mission

We work to ignite the pathways to success by bridging the gap between representation and access to education for BIPOC students pursuing arts and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields through scholarships, and mentorship, helping to facilitate the transition from student to professional... one student... one dream... one spark at a time...

Why we do what we do

46% of BIPOC students are less likely to have access to quality education to prepare them for STEM fields. Studies have shown that the people who hold leadership positions in science, technology, engineering, math and arts professions remain disproportionately white. "I plan on pursuing civil engineering to be able to create my own business. I want to create a business that involves the construction and transportation of materials. Preferably, I would like to also have heavy machinery rentals as well. I am under the impression that if I create a business then I will be able to create more jobs for people. I also plan on using some of the money I get from my business to help fund tuition for underprivileged students."
