You may select any program session(s) you feel you can contribute to. For the mentoring panels and speed mentoring sessions, you are committing to the panel discussion and the follow-up speed mentoring session. You are encouraged to select the program sessions that align with your expertise and availability. The 3 C's of mentorship are communication, clarity, and commitment. To be a great mentor, you need to commit to giving, helping, and providing direct, honest, and constructive feedback. You should also be willing to openly share your own experiences, successes, failures, and lessons learned. By signing up as a mentor for our program, you are making a commitment to invest in the development of our students' careers and lives. When you select a session to participate in, we ask that you prioritize and honor your commitment to our program. Our students are relying on you.
