What We Do

We facilitate the transition from student to professional for BIPOC students in Arts & STEM fields.

Our Vision

To help shape an inclusive and accessible future for the next generation of scholars and beyond.

We Empower

We work hard to empower the underrepresented. During our successful back-to-school event in August, with the support of donors and sponsors, we were able to give away nearly 250 backpacks to children from the Greater Los Angeles area.

We Inspire

We inspire exploration within the arts & STEM fields. Our 2022 Black History Month Expo event was a great success with over 40 small BIPOC owned businesses represented at our expo event. Our Arts & STEM panel broadcasts drew the largest live audience yet.

We Build Community

We strive to build community between experienced professionals and the next generation. Because of what we do, we were able to distribute much needed school supplies in August to 4 awardees of our Adopt-A-Classroom program.

We Meet You Where You're At

We provide post-secondary scholarships, empowering talented BIPOC students to pursue their educational dreams in the arts and STEM fields.

Investing in the Future:

  • 2021: We proudly announced our inaugural class of 8 scholarship recipients at our gala. These deserving students received funding in September 2022 to kickstart their first year of post-secondary education in the Fall of 2022.
  • 2023: Our commitment continued with a second cohort of 9 scholarship awardees. Funds were dispersed in September 2023, supporting their journeys as first-year students in the Fall of 2023.
  • 2024: Building on our momentum, we awarded scholarships to 6 outstanding students in 2024. These future leaders will receive their funding in September 2024, as they embark on their first year of post-secondary studies in the Fall.

Why We Do It

We strive to improve the academic careers of our scholars, and believe that what we do in our programs will impact the world by increasing the number of BIPOC students in Arts & STEM as well as the representation of BIPOC in these professions.
